My name is Andrea, and I understand the profound impact of grief and loss. It can be very isolating and it can bring up a myriad of emotions such as guilt, regret, anger, desperation and helplessness. Is your loss affecting your relationship, your career, your desire to be with friends, your ability to see a future for yourself or to do the things you once loved to do? Are you experiencing anxiety for the first time, re-living events over and over in your head? You are probably not sleeping or eating very well either. These are all very common issues to experience after a loss or bereavement.
I have experience working with all types of issues, with a special interest in bereavement counselling. The right support at this time can be transformative and lead you from a place of anxiety, depression and feeling overwhelmed to a place of acceptance, clarity and peace. I provide a safe environment that is confidential and non judgemental.
I can listen to your story, support you, give you the space to access your own wisdom and to come to terms with your loss. Maybe you need to find yourself again. I recognise that I do not have all the answers but working together, we can maybe get to a place where you can get through the immense pain of your loss and grow around the hard stuff.
